1.1   Welcome to Price Reverse (pricereverse.com & pricereverse.co.uk). If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Price Reverse Ltd's relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

 

1.2   We have the right at any time to change or modify our terms and conditions that are applicable to all members and users of Price Reverse, or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions, including but not limited to, adding fees and charges for use. Without any notice to members of Price Reverse, such changes, additions or deletions will be effective immediately. Any use of Price Reverse by any member at any time constitute acceptance by members of such changes, modifications or additions.

 

2.     Definition of terms

 

2.1   Terms (in capital letters) used in these Regulations shall be understood as follows:

 

3.     Registration

 

3.1   Registration on the website is free.

 

3.2   As a registered member, you are totally responsible for reviewing Price Reverse periodically for any modification to our terms of use.

 

3.3   When selecting a user name, the user is subject to choosing a name that is not in any way offensive, indecent or derogatory. Additionally, a user may not select a user name that is misleading or advertises other websites. It is solely the responsibility of the user to ensure that their password is kept confidential. In all cases, the user shall be liable for all activities that are undertaken using their account. If a Registered User violates any of these Terms and Conditions, they may be suspended from the Web Site. The Company reserves the right to amend the Username of any User who has chosen a Username which is which is deemed to be in contempt of the terms and conditions.

 

3.4   If suspended from the Web Site, the Registered User will not be entitled to receive any item purchased from the Company and will forfeit any remaining Credits in their Account.

 

3.5   The employees of Price Reverse Ltd are not eligible to participate in any of our auctions under any circumstances.

 

3.6   The Company has the right to verify the identity of any Registered User at any time. This Right to Verify extends to a temporary block being placed on the activities of any Registered User whilst the while the verification process is being carried out. We have the right to request that any Registered User can provide a scan of photo ID (such as a Passport or Driving License), and/or proof of address.

 

3.7   No more than one user registration per person is permitted. Our mission is to empower buyers with the information and tools needed to purchase computers, electronics, vehicles, holiday packages and other products and services. We are committed to setting the standard for excellence in customer satisfaction and product innovation for years to come.

 

3.8   In order to register you must complete a registration form, which must include the name under which the registrant intends to be present within the site (login), your email address to confirm your registration and password.

 

3.9   As soon as new account has been created, the system will send an email with a confirmation of registration on the website. Clicking on the link included in the confirmation email will activate the newly created account. If the account is not activated within 24 hours of registration, all data entered during registration will be deleted.

 

3.10   It is advisable to complete all personal details on the registration form at the time of first login to the account, especially in regards to your full name, date of birth, home address and telephone number.

 

3.11   Price Reverse does not take any responsibility for incorrect data entered into registration form by the users.

 

3.12   As a result of proper registration, the Company forms a unique account for the user which is then assigned to the user account name (login) specified in the registration form. The user gains access to account after logging in by entering login and password. You cannot change your unique username once it has been accepted during registration.

 

3.13   Each user can have only one account. Accounts are not transferable. Users cannot share their own account with other users.

 

3.14   The company reserves the right to verify and check the data of the Registered User during and after the registration process, and reserves the right to block access to user accounts if false data has been detected. Blocking can occur especially in the case of non-compliance of the entity registered with the actual data, and if it is determined by the Company, that the safety of account has been compromised. In this latter case, the company can unlock the account when the registered user changes the account password.

 

3.15   The contract between the register user and the Company will be void if a registered user is a person who has registered with the Web Site before or who has been previously suspended and re-registered with the Web Site again or who resides outside the United Kingdom or Northern Ireland. It is strictly prohibited to Register, or to attempt to use any of the Company's services, by any person who resides outside the United Kingdom or Northern Ireland.

 

4.     Auctions

 

4.1   Auctions are conducted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of service interruptions and occasional breaks set by the Company. Notifications of such events will be given by the Company in the form of messages on the Web Site or emails to registered user’s email addresses.

 

4.2   Auctions start from the moment of when ‘Check the Discount’ button has been made available on the auction’s page.

 

4.3   All auctions start at the Starting Price referred to as RRP price which is one of the parameters of each auction. The Starting Price is then displayed on the auction page.

 

4.4   During the current auction, the current price is hidden and is only made available by clicking on the function ‘Check the Discount’. Using the ‘Check the Discount’ function is only available if there is a sufficient amount of credits available in the user’s account.

 

4.5   Using the ‘Check the Discount’ function will reduce the amount of credits in the user account by the amount specified on the auction page.

 

4.6   Credits used to view the current price of an auction item are not refundable, regardless of whether the user decided to use ‘Buy it Now’ option after the current price has been revealed.

 

4.7   Each time ‘Check the Discount’ function is used, the Current Price of an auction item is reduced by the Price Reduction Amount, the Actual Price is displayed and the ‘Buy it Now’ option is made available.

 

4.8   The ‘Buy it Now’ option is available only for specific period of item defined in parameters of the auction.

 

4.9   Using the ‘Buy it Now’ option means the completion of the auction and submitting of irrevocable offer to purchase the item for current price, which upon exercise of ‘Buy it Now’ option becomes a purchase price. The Company must confirm acceptance of the offer by sending an email to the Auction Winner.

 

4.10   The auction may be limited in time. If nobody makes a successful offer to purchase the item in the designated period of time, the auction may be interrupted.

 

4.11   A Registered User must pay the amount of the Purchase Price within the Time Period for Payment of an item bought when exercising ‘Buy it Now’ function.

 

4.12   Failure to do will result in the Registered User forfeiting their right to buy the Product in that Auction. Furthermore, if the Registered User does not make payment within the Time Period for Payment of bought item, the Company will not be obliged to return the Credits to the Registered User spent in winning the Auction.

 

4.13   In certain situations it might be required from the user to supply additional information to the Company in matters concerning delivery of an item or in regards to updating the information that the Company holds about the registered user. The Company will seek to get in touch with the user through various means of communications not limited to and including, telephone calls, email, sms or in writing. If the Registered User refuses to respond to the inquiries made from the Company, the Company reserves the right to suspend or remove such user’s account.

 

4.14   The Company has the right to remove any Auction in its entirety at any time without any prior notice. Reasons for the exercise of this right include if the Auction has been listed with a technical error or in the event of a security breach attempt on the. The Company is not obliged to return any of the Credits spent by Registered Users on that Auction if it removes an Auction.  The company will try to endeavor to communicate to any affected registered users.

 

5.    Payments

 

5.1   Credits can be purchased in credit packages listed on the Web Site. Credits are required in order to be able to exercise the ‘Check the Discount’ function enabling reduction of the Current Price by the Price Reduction Amount and activating the ‘Buy it Now’ option.

 

5.2   The cost of the credits has been set out in the Price List.

 

5.3   To purchase the credits, the Registered User has to log in to the Service and go to the Add Credits page by clicking on Add Credits function, then selecting the package of credits and following the instructions.

 

5.4   Credits are acquired upon successfully making a payment in accordance with the Price List.

 

5.5   Fees for services provided by the Company within the Service are paid via the online payment processor service provided by PayPal. The Registered User must confirm their offer to buy the package of credits by completing the on-line checkout immediately.

 

5.6   In very rare circumstances, a Buy Now price may be incorrectly displayed to a Registered User. In the case of this event the Company reserves the right not to accept the offer to buy that Product if the Buy Now price displayed was incorrect due to a technical error.

 

5.7   Purchased credits are not refundable or transferable under any circumstances.

 

5.8   All prices for credit packages are displayed inclusive of VAT.

 

5.9   Currently the pricelist of credits includes the following credit packages and their cost:

 

100 credits      -           £38.69

50 credits        -           £19.61

25 credits        â€“          Â£12.33

10 credits        -           £5.94

6 credits          -           £3.98

3 credits          -           £2.39

1 credit            -           £0.79

 

6.     Goods

 

6.1   All products sold on our Web Site are new and unused and intended for domestic use.

 

6.2   While we strive to make sure that the description of the products is as accurate as possible we advise  the registered user to refer to the product specification listed on manufacturers’ websites for full details before making a final decision to purchase the product.

 

6.3   The images of the products on our Web Site are for illustration only.

 

6.4   In a rare situation where an incorrect or faulty product has been shipped, the registered user should contact the Company immediately. We will endeavour to solve such matters as swiftly as possible. The Registered User should return the incorrect product as quickly as possible, notifying the company with 4 days of receiving delivery of the product. Lack of cooperation from the registered user might lead to user losing their right for the replacement.

 

7.     Checking the Discounts

 

7.1   Auctions on our website are active and open 24 hours, seven days a week.

 

7.2   Each time a registered user checks the discount, a number of credits that are specified in the auction parameters will be deducted from their credits account. Credits spent on exercising the function ‘Check the Discount’ are not refundable.

 

7.3   All auctions begin with a Starting Price referred to as RRP price (Recommended Retail Price).

 

7.4   Exercising the function ‘Check the Discount’ activates the ‘Buy it Now’ option which will remain active for an amount of time that is displayed on the screen after exercising such function. During this period, the registered user has an option of buying the item at the Current Price displayed in the pop up window. The same pop up window contains the timer countdown which will decrease from disclosed time giving a registered user the registered user the approximate time displayed to make a decision to buy the item and the displayed price. Although the timer countdown is expected to be very reliable, the Company cannot guarantee that the period of time during which the item becomes available for purchase will always last the exact disclosed time. Due to differences in network connection, interruptions and delays of networks, this period may vary and users are advised not to wait to the last second when making the decision to purchase the product. If a registered user decides to not use the ‘Buy it Now’ function, the timer countdown will decrease to 0 and the ‘Buy it Now’ function will deactivate.  In order to display the Current Price again, the registered user will have to exercise the function ‘Check the Discount’ again.

 

7.5   The Registered user who uses the ‘Buy it Now’ option and buys the product is deemed to be the winner of the auction.

 

7.6   By clicking on the ‘Buy it Now’ option, the registered user is agreeing to purchase the product for the Actual Price displayed to him after exercising the ‘Check the Discount’ function plus shipping and handling costs which are detailed in the description of the auction. The registered user, who agreed to purchase the product, commits himself/herself to pay to the item along with the shipping and handling costs within the period of time specified within the Regulations and also the confirmation of winning the auction. If the registered user does not make a payment within this period of time, the Company reserves the right to retain the ownership of the product and refuse the right of the user to purchase the product.

 

7.7   The period of item to make a payment for the product won at the auction is currently set 24 hours.

 

8.     Terms of Sale

 

8.1   The sales contract is conducted between the Company and a Registered User.

 

8.2   The purchased item will be delivered to the address given in ‘My Details’ section of a registered user account within 7-14 days from the payment of the Purchase Price. Shipping and handling cost are at the expense of the Registered User and are specified in the details of each auctioned item.

 

8.3   The Registered user should sign on the delivery of the purchased item.

 

8.4   The company does not take any responsibility for damages to the item during shipping as well as for the actions of a courier company.

 

8.5   The Company will issue an invoice for every item sold and accordingly to the data entered in the ‘My Details’ section of a Registered User account.

 

8.6   The Company has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale within the period of time specified for the delivery of an item and notifies a registered user of such proceedings in the form of email. In case of such event a registered user is entitled to receive a refund of the purchase price, if the purchase price has already been paid.

 

8.7   The refund referred to under point number 6, will be transferred to the specified by a registered user’s bank account within 7 days.

 

9.     Delivery & Returns

 

9.1   Delivery does not include installation of the Goods

 

9.2   Delivery times expressed under point 8.2 of the Regulations are estimates and should be considered as non-biding. The Company will endeavour to deliver all products on time and as quickly as possible.

 

9.3   You should ensure that all manufacturer guidelines are complied with in the siting and use of the goods.

 

9.4   Products MUST be inspected upon delivery and refused if any damage is found. Failure to notify us of any visible damage may result in claims not being accepted after the item has been signed for. Any visible damage should be identified to courier and noted on their delivery note at the time of refusal.

 

9.5   A Registered User has the right to cancel their offer to buy any Product at any point, both before making payment and after making payment within two weeks of making payment for the Product if we are unable to supply the product and within 7days once you have received the product.

 

9.6   If You cancel your order, we will refund Your money within 30 days of the day You cancel Your Order.

 

9.7   If You cancel an Order after the Goods have been delivered, You will be charged the actual cost of collecting them. This charge will be deducted from any refund that is due to You, or otherwise invoiced separately to You.

 

9.8   When we receive the returned Goods, We will inspect them to ensure all manuals, accessories, free items and any other components are within the returned package and that you have taken reasonable care of the Goods. If We receive Goods that You have not taken reasonable care of, We shall charge you a fee equivalent to the reduction in their value. If the Goods have missing manuals, accessories, free items or any other components, We shall charge You the cost of these missing items. These costs will be deducted from any refund that is due to you.

 

9.9   There are certain types of Goods that You won't be able to cancel. These include:

9.10   All Goods are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty.

            You should always refer to the manufacturer's operating, care and maintenance instructions in relation to Your Goods.

 

9.11   Sometimes, there might be things that We can't control that may mean We're delayed in, or prevented from, Delivering Your Goods. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, acts of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of Our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as We can but as You'd expect, We can't be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in Delivering Your Goods. However, We will try to give You as much notice as possible unless the company is incapacitated subsequently due to the events above.

 

9.12   Registered User may be required to provide additional information to the Company in order to enable the Company to ship the product. This may include situations when the delivery address provided by the registered user is not recognized. In such case the Registered User should contact the Company.

 

10.  General terms

 

10.1   Responsibility of items auctioned on the Web Site the relevant supplying companies.

 

10.2   The company will use due diligence to ensure smooth and correct operation of the Service as well as the safety of the data stored in the databases of the Service.

 

10.3   The Company is not responsible for the behaviour of the register users as well as supplying companies and the contracts of sale if they have been conducted improperly as a result of the Auction. The Company assumes no responsibility for consequences of the actions of the registered users or other third parties if such actions are in breach of the Regulations.

 

10.4   The Company will strive to ensure proper and continuous operation of the Service

 

10.5   The Company will post on the Web Site information of any technical breaks or failures and the consequences of such events.

 

10.6   Under the Data Protection Act The Company will only discuss any account details with the Registered User named on that Account.

 

10.7   The Company will never discuss an Account with any person other than the Registered User of that Account.

 

10.8   Registered users should keep a record or receipts of all transactions that took place as a result of using the Service for possible use in claims proceedings. If the Registered User is unable to provide such information in case of a claim, the Company assumes user’s acceptanceof the data stored by the Service.

 

10.9   The Company shall not be liable for faulty operation of SMS, computer hardware or software processing during the Bidding Process. The Company will not entertain a Registered User who claims that but for such an event, he would have won a particular Product in place of the actual Winning Bidder. A Registered User will have no rights over any Product in such circumstances.

 

10.10   The term 'Price Reverse, Price Reverse Ltd or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Suit B , 27 Osprey Crescent, Dunfermline, Fife , KY11 8JP Our company registration number is SC412867 Registered in Scotland. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.

 

10.11   The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

 

11.    Personal Data

 

11.1   The company will never disclose the registered user’s personal data without registered user’s clear and express consent of the registered user subject to the provisions of this paragraph

 

11.2   The Company may share your information with entities authorized to receive them under applicable law.

 

11.3   Registered User has a right to view, update and also request the removal of their personal data held by the Company in the event of the termination.

 

12.    Final Provisions

 

12.1   The Company reserves the right to change/update the Terms and Conditions at any time, informing the users of the Web Site by indicating the date of last change in the beginning of the Terms and Conditions.

 

12.2   Each time a registered user logs on to the Website constitutes acceptance of the Regulation in its current form.

 

12.3   Registered User may refuse to accept amendments to the Regulations informing the Company by sending an e-mail to info@pricereverse.co.uk. Refusal to accept the rules is equivalent to termination of the contract for use of the Service provided by the Company and will result in deleting user’s account. If a registered user had any credits left in his account, such credits would be refundable.

 

12.4   The Company will notify the Registered User of the termination of the contract for use of the Service by sending an email message to the Registered User’s email account.
